At Mokshware Ecoproducts LLP, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality eco-packaging products. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

1. Return Policy

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Please send an email to contact@disposo.eco with your order ID, description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the product.

Please Note:

• Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect order placement.
• Due to the nature of eco-packaging products, used or opened items cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable):

• We will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, based on your preference.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval.

No refunds will be issued:

• If the product has been used, tampered with, or returned without proper packaging.
• If the return request is made after the 3-day window.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by contacting us at contact@disposo.eco or through your account dashboard (if applicable).

• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation.

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
