All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST, as mentioned.
We accept payment through secure online channels.
Full payment is required to process and ship orders, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our eco-products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order, along with photo/video evidence.
Cancellations are allowed only before the order is processed. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7 working days.
